Return Policy of Jeannie’s Military Shop

We, at Jeannie’s Military Shop, pride ourselves in the quality and service we offer. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning a product.

1. Product Fault: If a product you’ve received has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or not as described due to an error on our part, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly accept returns for these items. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, if your claim is justified, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping and return shipping costs.

2. Customer Error: If an item is incorrect due to an error made by the customer, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or model, we regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage you to read all product information and make careful selections before placing your order.

3. Return Process: In the event of a product fault, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. They will guide you through the return process. After we receive your returned item, please allow for up to 14 days for us to process your refund.

4. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include shipping and handling fees if the return is a result of our error.
